Ecosurety are looking for an accurate, logical, and personable client data analyst, with strong organisation and communication skills, to deliver high level data services to our clients.

**Data Analyst Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems and other strategies
- Work with clients to perform data collection, cleansing and analysis for regulatory submissions
- Present methodologies, findings and recommendations to clients
- Support business development teams with client data project scoping
- Coordinate internal stakeholders on the delivery of data management work
- Create and manage dashboards and reports relevant to data projects (in Power BI)
- Ensure client weight databases are up to date and accurate
- Ensure regular contact with clients, including onsite meetings around the UK as required
- Engage with third party providers to enhance the delivery of data services to our clients
- Provide technical guidance and carry out desktop monitoring to assess members’ compliance status
**Person Specification**:
- Proven experience working in a data role
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, performing data analysis using formulas, VBA, etc.
- Experience working with data visualisation within Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with a range of commercially available data analysis software
- Experience working with and developing data capture systems
- Effective communication skills; collaborative and able to challenge when needed
- Excellent analytical, organisation, IT and administrative skills
- High level of compliance and attention to detail
- Ability to work in ad-hoc teams as well as on own
- Ability to delegate and support on tasks for junior team members
- Proactive and fast learner, able to take on new (often technical) information quickly
**Salary**: £30 - 34k per year
**Contract**: Permanent, full time, 8-hour day with flexibility
**Location**: Central Bristol
**Benefits**: 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and 1 day for birthday, 5 x salary life insurance, 7% employer pension contribution, employee health cash plan, paid sick leave, happy to talk flexible working
