We're looking for an efficient and flexible Assistant to join our small team. The position will be responsible for serving breakfast, washing and ironing of the linen on site, keeping the laundry area tidy and putting away deliveries. Occasionally, the individual may need to carry out other tasks around the site. We're interested in hiring an individual with excellent communication skills who is highly organised and attentive to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up for breakfast service, including heating pastries and cooking eggs
- Overseeing breakfast, serving guests hot drinks and helping guests where necessary.
- Keeping breakfast items stocked and presentable ensuring there's enough for all guests throughout breakfast service
- Cleaning breakfast area to a high standard, both on a daily basis and when deep cleaning.
- Keeping the laundry room clean and organised, as well as washing and ironing the linen.
- Regulating stock and putting away deliveries.
- Working cohesively with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the B&B.
- Acting as a representative of the business to current or potential customers and suppliers.
- Planning and organising ones time to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Undertaking a variety of tasks on a flexible basis when necessary

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 32 per week
