You’ll get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays and ensuring your store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim. What We Need Happy to help, eager to learn and just a little obsessed with home improvement. You’re friendly and outgoing, loving the buzz of helping others. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working.
