**About the Client**
This dynamic, privately owned resource management & waste recycling business is looking for a new HR Advisor to join a growing Human Resources department. Focused on waste management and recycling responsibilities this company is driven by top customer service,a professional attitude and the ability to help businesses needs and requirements.
**About the Role**
In this role as a HR Advisor, you will assist with the day-to-day operation of the HR function ensuring employment and compliance records are accurate. To support the HR department, develop and maintain a highly effective HR function supporting the businessin fulfilling its people management and employment legislation obligations, you will also Advise line managers on all HR matters proving advice, support and direction on the full range of HR activities (employee relations, performance management, policiesand procedures) as required.
To be the right fit for this role to you need the ability to demonstrate experience in a similar HR role within a manual work environment. Also, with experience of providing advice and support to senior managers on all areas of Human Resources and experienceof dealing with sensitive and confidential matters and information. A proactive personality with strong communication skills is a must.
