**The Company**

Enjoying continued growth through service and market development, the business has createda new position of Strategy Analyst to support ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years. Supporting the Strategy and Marketing Director with the implementation of key strategic projects, the role of Strategy Analyst will be an excellent move for someonelooking to move into Strategy frm a research, financial or corporate analyst style role.

**Key Responsibilities** of the Strategy Analyst
- Deliver strategic projects for Management (Executive, Council, Practice Heads), Corporate Services and Business Development
- Proactively develop key relationship with Practice Managers, lead partners and Heads of Business Development to understand their strategic priorities and identify areas for strategic insight support
- Produce and distribute management information and reports on key strategic projects to the Board and other senior leaders / Partners
- Act as coordinator of strategic projects including creating agendas, noting and tracking actions, arranging meetings/workshops, and liaising with project leaders
- Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and internal communications on key strategic projects
- Provide insightful analysis on external market competitor/developments and benchmarks, and internal financial metrics
- Produce and regularly communicate market benchmarks on KPIs (key performance indicators)
- Track and report on market/competitor intelligence relating to strategic priorities
- Coordinate and administrator project meetings and timetables
- Produce business cases for investment appraisal purposes

**Skills & Attributes** of the Senior Strategic Insight Analyst
- Proven quantitative and qualitative analytical skills gained from a professional services environment
- Understanding of accounting principles gained from an MBA, Masters degree, CFA or ACA
- Concise written and verbal communications due to high level stakeholder
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple meetings and priorities for different Board members
- Experience of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI with financial modelling skills (which will be tested)
- Knowledge of business research databases such as Eikon (Refinitiv), Mergermarket, Dealogic, CapitalIQ, Fitch and Bloomberg would be advantageous
- An understanding of the corporate world (M&A, financial markets, economic developments etc)
- Diligence and high degree of attention to detail
