**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take accurate food and drink orders while ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas, including clearing dishes and resetting tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently when required.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure guest health and safety.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately.
- Bartending skills and knowledge of cocktail making are essential for Mixologist position
- A friendly disposition with a passion for helping others enjoy their dining experience.
