**Overview**:
We are currently seeking both Prescribing and Non-Prescribing Practitioners to support a well-established Urgent Care and Triage Service based in Berkshire. This service operates 7 days a week, including Out-of-Hours (OOH), offering flexible working patterns to suit a variety of availability.

Whether you're an experienced ANP, Paramedic Prescriber, or a Non-Prescribing Clinician with triage experience, we want to hear from you.

**Prescribing Practitioners (ANPs/Paramedics)**
**Session Times (Monday-Sunday)**:

- 10:00-22:00 (60-minute unpaid break)
- 10:00-20:00 (30-minute unpaid break)

**Triage Practitioners**
**Session Times (Monday-Sunday)**:

- 10:00-16:00 (30-minute unpaid break) - _Non-Prescribers accepted_
- 16:00-22:00 (30-minute unpaid break) - _Prescribers only_
- 12-hour shifts available with 60-minute unpaid break - _Prescribers only_

**Service Hours**:

- Monday to Sunday: 10:00-22:00
- Out of Hours (OOH): Monday to Friday from 18:30 onwards

**Requirements**:

- Relevant clinical qualifications and registration
- Independent prescribing qualification for prescriber roles
- Previous experience in triage or urgent care
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £22,880.00-£65,684.31 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

- Reading RG1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
