Our incredible MMM teams are responsible for scanning the globe for new sites and opportunities, coming up with truly imaginative ideas and concepts, creating fantastic new rides, building LEGO model creations and producing world-class wax figures. We are looking for a **Talent Sourcer** on a **12 month fixed term** basis to join our Corporate & MMM Talent Acquisition team and play a pivotal role in revolutionising the way we identify and select top talent for our MMM Teams. This role will ideally be based in London, although some flexibility with location can be offered.

**About the Role**

As a Talent Sourcer, you will work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to actively seek and attract the best and most diverse talent for our MMM teams. You'll utilise various channels, such as social media and professional networks, to build and cultivate talent pipelines and reduce agency spend and time to hire. Your expertise and creativity will play a critical role in shaping our sourcing strategies, attracting top talent, and representing Merlin as an employer of choice. Key responsibilities include:

- Working alongside with the TA Partners to understand the core role requirements and developing creative sourcing strategies with a focus on diversity.
- Identifying and connecting with top talent through passive channels, including social platforms, professional networks, market research, referrals, and sourcing campaigns.
- Creating and nurturing talent pools in our ATS and keeping them updated through regular and engaging communications.
- Pre-screening and interviewing prospects, transferring successful applicants to the TA team.
- Providing the TA team with sourcing activity reports, metrics, and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Keeping updated on market developments, trends, and the latest talent sourcing methods and tools.

**About You**
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a fast-paced recruitment role with a successful track record of sourcing and recruiting top talent, either agency-side or in-house.
- Experience in hiring talent across global markets and an understanding of culture, language, and cross-cultural differences.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches) and strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Insights.
- Extensive experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Independent, adaptable, and able to deliver quality results on time while managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive, curious, and a natural researcher with a drive to stay up-to-date on market developments and talent sourcing methods.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities with a high degree of diplomacy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of moral and legal principles in hiring, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws.
