We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our construction team as a Yard Operative / Site Support.

This is a hands-on role based at our head office in Dunstable, with regular site visits to support deliveries and collections. You’ll help with making shuttering, loading/unloading Hiab lorries using a forklift, and ensuring smooth operations on-site.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Making and preparing shuttering in the yard
- Loading/unloading Hiab lorries with a forklift
- Visiting site on delivery days to clear space, assist with loading, and return to the yard to unload
- Keeping the yard clean, tidy, and safe

What You’ll Need:

- Experience loading lorries
- Valid Forklift Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Able to commute to and from our Dunstable yard daily (LU5 5DD)
- Willing to work occasional paid overtime if needed
