Our Multi national chemical company client based in Dunstable is looking for a Site Trainer and Warehouse Operative to join their team.
You will carry out level 3 warehouse activities and conduct site training as well as play a key part in health & safety and quality. You must be able to demonstrate competence across all areas at operative level 3 as well as carry out new starter and refreshertraining to agency and colleagues.

You will deliver induction training for new starters, carry new task training with colleagues across all warehouse functions including SAP and UNIX and also conduct shift briefings and toolbox talks to colleagues. You will understand training to deliverconsistent messages,
Your role will require you to pick and pack customer orders, unload / load vehicles, locate inbound stock into the racking / bulk locations / DIR locations / yard locations and also drop stock from storage locations into pick faces. You will also be requiredto understand the correct procedures for all activities related to hazardous goods, understand the importance of dealing with damages promptly as well as proactively lead and support health & safety and quality standards at the company.
You would be working on a permanent full time basis working 2pm-10pm Mon-Fri with a 30 minute paid break and 30 minute unpaid break. In return the company offer a very competitive salary of £27,693k per annum.
