Practical Responsibilities: The**" Reactive and Small works Multi Trade Operative"** will encompass a range of tasks and be able to deliver each to a high standard: ** Roofing** - **Fascia &** **Rainwater goods repair & Replacement** ** Fencing Repair & Fence Installation** ** Ground works, such as Curb stone replacement, path installation and drainage adaptions.** ** Site cleaning and clearance to include jet washing, builders cleans and waste collection and disposal.** Personal Values: Display a strong work ethic and be committed to punctuality and dependability to meet project deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail in completing tasks to a high standard. Possess the stamina required to carry out manual labour for this specific role while being safety conscious prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues. Collaborate effectively within a team environment and communicating openly and professionally with colleagues and clients. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability and exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Maintenance position, demonstrating your proficiency and knowledge in the field. Tools: Have a collection of tools that allow you to complete the role efficiently and to a high standard Driving Licence: Possess a valid UK driving license, enabling you to commute to various locations but generally starting each day from our Portsmouth location.
