We are currently looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**: As a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson with Leaves Builders, you will play a crucial role in our construction, maintenance, and renovation projects. Your expertise across various trades will contribute to the successful completion of projects throughout the South Coast. This is a full-time, self-employed position, and you will be provided with a company van and a tablet for easy access to your daily job information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of trade-related tasks, including installations, repairs, and maintenance whilst assisting Site Supervisors with the running of sites.
- Contribute your multi-trade skills to enhance the overall success of each project.
- Interpret drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other trades and team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Adhere to quality control and safety regulations on all job sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the course of a project.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good working order.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience across multiple trades.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
