**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

Goods in:

- Operate the counterbalance forklift on site to unload returned assets from delivery lorries.
- Clean, dry and inspect assets for damage or missing components before booking back in to stock using barcode scan system.
- Place cleaned assets in appropriate designated area ready for re-use.
- Deliver recycle returns to appropriate area of warehouse for processing.
- Ensure delivery paperwork is correct and signed before passing to admin to process.

Goods out:

- Operate the counterbalance forklift on site to load either pallets of goods or full storage bins onto delivery lorries or vans.
- Ensure barcode system is used to book bins out of stock correctly.

General:

- Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse environment. This could mean anything from operating the on-site compactor to ensuring the warehouse floor is clean, dry and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members.

**Skills**
- Awareness of health and safety requirements or issues.
- Strong ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
