**Job description**

Working in the heart of Brighton, we have a perfect opportunity for an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator looking to work for a modern, fresh thinking accountancy firm. You will be integral to this fast-growing company as part of a young, ambitious team where you will receive a market leading salary and benefits package.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage payroll for our creative clients varying in size and complexity across various time scaled payroll runs - Weekly, Bi-Weekly, 4-Weekly & Monthly
- Reviewing payroll information prepared by team members - providing training where necessary.
- Assisting with the preparation of payroll information
- Filing Real Time Information returns
- Dealing with client’s payroll queries, ranging in complexity, including but not limited to - Holiday requests, SSP, SMP, Redundancy
- Multi employee payrolls as well as single director payroll
- Sending employee payslips
- Informing clients of their liability
- Payroll & P11D benefits
- Actioning and issuing payroll notices and forms - including P6 notices, P45’s, and P60’s
- Liaising with clients, HMRC and internal staff

**Role requirements**:

- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Experience with Moneysoft and Xero Payroll (preferred)
- Competent user of Xero (preferred)
- Excellent customer service
- Fantastic attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
