**Temporary Mobile Facilities Operative - Up to £11.50 per hour - Luton - Full-time - permanent**

Due to an expansion, an exciting prospect has arisen for a
**Mobile Facilities Operative** to join our team on the GTR contract in Luton. This is a temporary role with the hope that it may become permanent in time. This role is to maintain the shrubbery in the railway car park and grounds at various stations across Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire.

**What you'll do**:

- Maintain the hedges through trimming
- Strim grassed areas / Weeding / Leaf clearance
- Maintain and clean all signage including minor fittings / minor works
- Ensure the site is clean, tidy and free of litter
- Maintaining the grounds and shrubbery within the car parks and grounds.
- Removal and/or transfer of existing payment equipment across the estate
- Carry out Minor works: Carpark lining / relining, post installations.

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience in a manual position using power tools such as hedge trimmers.
- Good customer service skills
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements
- Good communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- A reliable and responsible attitude to work and proactive nature

**Must hold full UK Drivers License and be over 18 in order to apply**
