**Facilities Administrator**

And as a Facilities Administrator with Bellrock you’ll do it by

**Responsibilities**:

- To carry out scheduling and progressions, ensuring the tasks that are due are scheduled for the correct day and time slots, utilising the engineering workforce efficiently.
- Liaise with client where necessary.
- Ensure that engineers are in attendance and chase for completion.
- Receive client requests for additional or reactive attendance, raising a record and progressing that record through its various stages.
- Select the correct engineering attendance, chasing for completion within SLA’s through to financial closure.
- Liaise with contract manager when progressing quotations, producing the final presentation document for approval.
- Raise purchase orders for both materials and subcontracted services as required, utilising the company’s preferred suppliers list and procurement department when necessary.
- Provide accurate and timely data for reports to be used internally and externally as required.
- Liaise with and communicate daily with engineering delivery and contract management to ensure that all are fully aware of location of staff and status of works.
- To provide an excellent level of client and customer focus, through all contact channels
- Notice Board information updates - Manage all site Notice Boards.
- Team Engagement & Events organising & Management.
- Any further Reasonable Tasks as required.

**What does it take?**

- Good planning and organisational skills, the ability to work unsupervised will be essential to ensure the department operates efficiently and that all systems both electronic and manual are maintained.
- Communications with both internal and external personnel will be a key requirement.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Work well in a team as well as using your own initiative.
- Flexible approach and the ability to work to deadline.
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage working time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including a good telephone manner. Have good customer service skills and can communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of management.
