**Job Outline**
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Graduate to join their well-established global manufacturing business. Work within the Continuous Improvement (CI) team to help to deliver and implement the CI strategy. The objective of this graduation role is to lead into becoming talented future management within the business.
- Co-ordinating CI and Masterclass activities
- Monitoring and updating the CI activity monitors
- Attend and participate in CI activities around the site
- Monitoring and tracking internal weekly masterclass meetings and the effectiveness of them
- Develop a methodology for documenting and summarising the learnings from the various CI activities to help share best practice
- Understand, generate and update measures - CI metrics and KPIs
- Generate data used to drive continuous improvement
- Use this data and knowledge gained from attendance of CI activity/meetings to identify and propose potential improvement activities
- Engage team members in the identification of improvement opportunities
- Maintenance of the Quality Management System
- Training towards becoming a Continuous Improvement Technician
- Work with CI team and Marketing to update the Masterclass communication boards
- A recent graduate educated to degree level within the last few years
- Computer literate with good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel
- Dynamic, professional, friendly and passionate
- Data analysis
- Good communication skills
- Seeks to continually improve

- Someone who has natural problem-solving skills
- Ideally own transport, however, this is not essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
