Are you looking for a position that can offer you professional growth and development, while gaining accountability and ownership of your work in Continuous Improvement? MWI Animal Health have an exciting opportunity for somebody to support the development and execution of our Continuous Improvement programme. You will interact and influence across the entire business. You will hold responsibility for embedding an enterprise-wide CI culture through CI education and tools, stakeholder communication and engagement, and linking CI improvements to the creation and delivery of value.
Your key focuses will be:
- To lead the business Continuous Improvement programme driving empowerment and the upskill of business personnel to drive change activity including processes, people, technology, information/data, and behavioural/cultural change in service of business improvement.
- Play a significant role to deliver the Continuous Improvement strategy through embedding CI principles into the way that we work in line with the Business Process Design Principles ensuring that processes and systems are aligned and fit for purpose and meet regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain the improvement pipeline and CI metric through the analysis of business KPI data.
- **Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Develop and sustain an effective continuous improvement education programme to develop CI mindset and tool set for all employees. Promote, teach and coach the use of these principles, tools and techniques.
- Work with business stakeholders to create the pipeline for improvement activity/ projects through the gathering and analysis of business KPI data.
- Support and track improvement projects to ensure they deliver timely improvements in line with targets.
- Develop and communicate reports of overall Continuous Improvement activities including accomplishments, participation, projected activities and anticipated needs.
- Lead cross-functional business improvement projects. Facilitate workshops to uncover problems, perform root cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve existing processes.
- Coach and support the continuous improvement network.
- Challenge functional leaders to create an action-biased culture of continuous improvement and accountability to improve their KPIs
- Ensure adherence to all regulations, business policies and procedure.

**_Experience, skills and knowledge requirements: _**
- Professional CI Qualification essential.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge essential.
- Experience of operating in a medium / large manufacturing site - working to ISO, GxP, or other recognised standards.
- Able to demonstrate effective use of DMAIC to improve performance / resolve issues.
- Demonstrate experience of leading cross functional improvement projects using continuous improvement methodologies.
- Able to analyse data using MS Excel or other software.
- Skilled in aligning and managing multiple stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Able to navigate across organisational structures to drive decision making.
**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year
