We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist; someone with a proven track record of creating, leading and measuring content campaigns within our industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a great work ethos to join a fast-paced environment and to steer the content strategy for a leading global Fintech company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage the Editorial Strategy for client acquisition.
- Create a content calendar and editorial plan for materials like website articles, guides, data-driven reports, online and in-person events and podcasts.
- Set and work to quarterly Objective-Key-Results, agreed with the Head of Content Marketing
- Develop a content framework to support the acquisition of prospects via digital media campaigns (e.g. ASA, UAC and PPC)
- Propose and implement innovative, strategic marketing programs and initiatives to increase trading product penetration with prospective clients.
- Execute and build on existing content programs, including market commentary, events, podcasts and newsletters.
- Identify and develop third-party content partnerships, including industry expert and thought-leader collaboration.
- Help define and explore segmentation of our target market to aid content engagement.
- Manage and build on an experimentation process to test and optimise new content initiatives.
- Edit content produced by internal writers, external agencies and industry experts, working closely with a range of cross-functional teams including: Performance, Sales, Design, Brand, & Content.
- Partner with the Sales and other Marketing squads to set goals for content engagement and identify opportunities to amplify our content.

Skills and Experience
- Relevant work experience in financial services (e.g. investments)
- Content strategy development and management experience is required.
- Strong editorial, writing and organizational skills.
- Excellent project management, relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Independent worker and a proactive learner
- Understanding of financial markets and how the macroeconomic landscape affects them

Experience / requirements:

- Relevant work experience in financial services (e.g. investments)
- Content strategy development and management experience is required.
- Strong editorial, writing and organizational skills.
- Excellent project management, relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree of 2:1 or above
- At least 3 years content marketing experience
- Set up and maintain effective reporting to ensure content is supporting key engagement and conversion metrics, ultimately aiding CMC’s commercial objectives.
