**The company**

This dynamic and fast-growing Internet Provider are changing the way full fibre broadband is rolled out in rural areas. They believe that the countryside deserves lightning-fast broadband and are passionate in delivering a fantastic service to thousands of customers whose copper line upgrade is deemed uncommercial by the rest of the industry.

They design, build, and manage their own 3000km FTTP (Fibre to the Property) network in-house and are one of the leading suppliers making use of several Government funded voucher programmes.

In order to make their teams more effective and efficient they are investing in world class business systems and processes. The company wants to make step change improvements to the broadband experience, setting it apart from other internet providers.

**The Role**

The company are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, innovative Direct Sales Agent with a proven record in sales (ideally within door knocking/utilities).

Working as a member of the Direct Sales Team means becoming one of the faces of the company. You’ll embrace the brand and play an important role engaging with customers promoting their unique propositions that deliver full-fibre broadband within the ever-expanding team.

This is a chance to make a true impact, taking our their product out to market to create opportunities whilst earning great commission and working for a forward-thinking, collaborative and fun company

**Base salary is £25,000 with earning capability up to £40,000 for high achievers Commission is uncapped so you will be well-rewarded for your success.**

**Responsibilities**
- Door-to-door selling into expanding territories
- Building and maintaining strong relationships
- Effectively identifying and closing new sales opportunities
- Day to day engagement with both potential customers
- Management of customer expectation
- Work closely with the Direct Sales Team to develop effective sales techniques

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience (essential)
- Experience with door to door knocking / utilities sales (preferred)
- Outgoing with the ability to instantly build rapport.
- Target driven with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the success of the company.
- Strong organisational skills a must, with exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinking combined with persistence and perseverance
- Problem solving - ability to analyse and overcome issues
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
