**Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm**

**Location: Ballynure**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join our award-winning Distribution team.

**The Person**:
**The Role**:

- Receive & quickly respond to customer pricing enquiries
- Record quotations on IT system
- Obtain customer feedback
- Receive bookings from customers and input onto our Transport Management System and price accordingly.
- Set up Customer Rate cards and manually price jobs
- Approval customer and partner invoices

**Essential Criteria**:

- 1 years’ previous administrative experience working within a fast paced, busy office environment
- 1 years’ previous experience in the use of all Microsoft packages and in-house databases / management systems
- 1 years’ previous pricing jobs or providing quotation experience
- GCSE English and Mathematics at least Grade C (or equivalent)
