**As our next Maintenance Assistant at The Resident Soho**:
You will support the Area Maintenance Manager to ensure that the hotel is maintained to the agreed highest standards at all times so that all guests and team members benefit from a safe, well-presented and fully operational environment.

**As our next Maintenance Assistant, you will**:

- Have great communication skills
- Have a friendly professional service style
- Be a problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Be a team player with the ability to work independently
- Be motivated, positive and eager to learn
- Be flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritise
- Preferably have prior experience within a hotel maintenance role
