**About the Service**

Trinity is a 5 bedded residential service for adults between the age of 18 - 65 years

We support adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism.

**Key Skills**

- Driver preferred
- To have completed or be working towards level two in NVQ or QCF to be registered on the social care register or be willing to register on the Social Care Wales.
- To support resident with their day-to-day living
- To take them out in the community, to take them on holidays and trips out
- To complete the relevant paperwork,
- To work within the company policies and procedures
- To complete all mandatory training/classroom and e-learning
- To be a positive role model towards the people we support
- To complete all the mandatory and relevant training
- To administer medication, you must have received the appropriate training to complete audits.

**What we do**

We are a well-established, nationwide healthcare provider. Our homes are specialist mental health services and established, offering adults person-centred care. We carefully develop and adapt homes to meet the varying needs of adults with mental health needs. The services are carefully located within thriving communities, offering a variety of educational, recreational and social activities.

We provide a positive impact on the service experience of people with mental health difficulties who may be experiencing emotional distress. This primarily involves support using a person-centred approach. Our support workers measure outcomes specifically to an individual’s needs and evidence using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool.
