**Role Overview**: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team on a part-time basis, specifically for weekend shifts. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities.
- Help with meal preparation and household tasks.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Administer medication as required.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and patient nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
- A valid driver’s license is desirable.
