Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit an ELPL Legal Advisor to join our highly regarded personal injury department. You will be responsible for proactively managing a caseload of EL/PL cases including liability disputed and litigated cases.

**Responsibilities to include.**
- Proactively handling a caseload of EL and PL cases from inception to conclusion.
- Effectively valuing claims.
- Making assessments on liability.
- Dealing with claims on the MOJ claims portal.
- Issuing Part 8 proceedings.
- Issuing Part 7 proceedings.
- Strong client care skills ensuring clients are kept regularly updated

**About you.**
- Good experience in handling a litigated caseload
- Good track record of meeting KPIs - billing, settlements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Previous experience in running EL/OL/PL claims will be an advantage
