**Position**: Sales/ Admin representative
**Company**: Leading Manufacturer of Vinyl Wrapped Doors
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our customer engagement, ensuring our clients receive the best service possible.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, assisting customers with their needs.
- Perform simple calculations and demonstrate proficiency with numbers to provide accurate information.
- Work independently and take initiative to solve problems and meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to handle phone calls professionally.
- Good with numbers, math, and basic calculations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Clean driving license and own car, with the ability to travel as required.
- Passionate, motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the company.

- Driving Licence (preferred)
