**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a part-time Administrator to join our team working on site in our Rochdale office. You will provide a high-quality administrative service whilst adhering to our business and customer service processes. You will help develop, implement and monitor administrative processes to support efficient service delivery to our customers nationwide.

Salary - £27,000 pa (pro rata)

**What we’re looking for**

We’re a respected specialised service organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

- Customer service and/or project scheduling experience
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to organise workload effectively and work methodically on own initiative.
- Good oral and written communications.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM system an advantage, but not essential
- Knowledge of SAGE accounting an advantage, but not essential

QDOS is a national trade supplier of fire safety building plans, based in Rochdale, Lancashire. Established in 2008 and now serving over 300 trade customers in the fire safety industry, QDOS has grown into one of the most respected companies in the fire safety industry.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
