Azure / M365 Security Specialist - Hybrid - £70k basic + car allowance + bonus - £90k cash package + benefits

**The opportunity**:
This is an opportunity for a Security Specialist with in depth Azure / M365 skills to join a company who have and continue to invest heavily in their security function. They've been a Microsoft House for a number of years and are bringing a lot of the security function in house whilst also maintaining relationships with 3rd Parties. In this role you'll play a key role in setting the strategy, direction and roadmap for their Azure / M365 security.

**Duties**:
You'll be responsible for:

- Working with the SOC Team, Cyber Operations and the Pen Testing team to ensure the Azure / M365 environment is fully secure
- Establishing and Managing the global policy and standards
- Performance Management of the Security Delivery from Outsourced Partners
- Incident Management and response
- Design, implementation and monitoring of strategy and policy

**The person**:
You'll have in depth experience in Microsoft Security and be able to lead and advise on policy and standards. First class communication skills and the ability to lead / influence is key and although initially there is no line management responsibility as the team grows you'll be able to move to a managerial role. Proficiency in Power BI, Powershell scripting and API Integration knowledge is a strong preference but key is the in depth knowledge of the Microsoft Security Stack.

The salary is circa £70k with a car allowance, bonus and shares on top that give a cash package circa £90k.
