We are currently recruiting for a **Management Accountant** for our client who are experts in all things food and supply chain It’s an exciting new opportunity to work for an innovative company who are redefining the future of food. As a keymember of the team, you will work and report to the Senior Management Accountant working with the Finance Manager. You will assist in preparing weekly management accounts, and management information and provide analysis to the senior management.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Analyse and prepare schedules for accruals and prepayments
- Preparing capital expenditure schedules
- Ensuring that accounting procedures are followed
- Assist in the preparation of the weekly and monthly management accounts
- Providing analyses on key data
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and the forecasting process
- Assist in preparing management reports, customer sales and margin analyses
- Ensuring that the accounting records reflect the management accounts
- Carrying out various reconciliation

**Main Skills/ Requirements**:

- Experience as a Management Accountant
- Solid knowledge of basic and advanced accounting, financial principles and practices
- Analytical mind with aptitude in math
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A problem-solver with attention to detail
