**Your new role**
As a Risk and Compliance Manager you will be tasked with the management of the firm's risk and compliance arrangements, including its policies and procedures, and providing advice on compliance and regulatory matters.
Other responsibilities include:

- Promoting and embedding a culture of compliance
- Line management and decision making
- Management of AML compliance framework
- Developing key stakeholder relationships across the business

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Must have a legal compliance background
- Strong understanding of regulations and codes of conduct
- Strong communication skills
- Able to lead and support a team
