Office Administrator

**About Us**:
Align-Pilates, a leading brand of Pilates apparatus, is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated Administrator to support our ambitious growth plans. We are seeking an individual who can provide excellent customer service, manage deliveries to our customers, and handle various administrative tasks throughout our business and different departments to support our continued success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage customer deliveries to homes and studios with calendar & diary management.
- Manage returns & order processing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Administrative and CRM support: assist with various administrative tasks across marketing, sales, and purchasing departments, utilizing CRM system and business intelligence software to ensure efficiency.
- Work closely with the Purchasing Director to assist in various purchasing tasks, contributing to effective purchasing strategies and operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing enquiries & ensuring a smooth delivery process.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the team in maintaining a smooth workflow and addressing any challenges that may arise.
- Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High level of attention to detail.
- A knowledge of administrative procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
