We are recruiting for an operations and facilities assistant for a leading health care company based in Didsbury.

The company is one of the most respected health-care partners in the world, they looking to appoint an experienced operations and facilities assistant to join their friendly team. You will be supporting both operations and facilities of the business.

Duties include:

- Collaborating with the Center of Excellence (COE) and Practice Operations teams to develop and deliver new initiatives
- Organising and managing the administration, support systems and activities that facilitate the effective running of the COE, including being a central point of contact for ad hoc queries and business support requests
- Effectively and independently coordinating, overseeing and executing assigned projects including internal and team events
- Maintaining general condition of the Manchester, Cheshire and Glasgow offices including meeting rooms and kitchen areas and monitoring office supplies and IT equipment
- Providing day-to-day logístical and administrative support
- Supporting the Global Facilities Director with any office moves/re-locations and arrangements for any agreed office moves
- Supporting the facilities team to ensure the buildings/offices:

- Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and manage the outcome appropriately

YOU:

- Desirable experience in administration, office management and/or project management
- Effective communicator and ability to engage at all level
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly proficient user of Ms Office
- Health and Safety qualification
- Excellent attention to detail
