**Senior Programme Manager**

Location: Newbury, London, Birmingham, Manchester (*Blended Home Working)

Hours: 37.5 - Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?

The Senior Programme Manager will be accountable for our most Complex transition and transformation ICT (Information Communication Technology) change programmes from pre-sales to in-life services, planning and delivering successful outcomes for Vodafoneand our customers. These programmes will invariably sit outside the Portfolio structure; therefore, the Programme Manager will lead autonomously, setting the direction and roadmap, providing thought leadership and strategies to influence and realise the programmebenefits and outcomes, driving best-in-class practice and developing our people across the group.

Who are we looking for?

A Programme Manager who is passionate, highly motivated and driven with excellent problem-solving skills, able to deal with ambiguity and the pace of change across the sector.
They must have extensive track record in delivering large/complex, multi-tower, customer facing, ICT programmes.
With evidence of turning around programmes, using evaluation methods to perform root cause and gap analysis to formulate plans for programme recovery.
Coupled with pre-sales experience, leading and shaping Delivery strategies to clients - responding to bid PQQs and RFPs.

The following qualifications will be ideal:

- MSP Practitioner
- Prince 2 Practitioner and/or PMI PMP
- ITIL
- Six Sigma experience is desirable
- Agile experience is desirable
- Eligible for SC clearance
