Senior / Associate Project Manager – Industrial & Data Centre Projects

£65,000–£75,000 + benefits | Site-based role | Leading Consultancy

A leading construction consultancy is looking for a Senior/Associate Project Manager to take ownership of a major industrial & data centre project. This is a site-based position where you'll be the key link between the client, design team and contractors—perfect if you enjoy being hands-on and close to delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the delivery of a major industrial/data centre scheme
  • Act as main client contact on site
  • Manage stakeholders, design teams and contractors
  • Oversee programme, budget, and quality
  • Support wider team growth and best practice

What they're looking for:

  • Strong project management background, ideally in industrial/logistics/data centres
  • Confident client-facing communicator
  • Solid understanding of full project lifecycle
  • RICS chartered or equivalent preferred (not essential)
  • Someone proactive who enjoys site-based work
