As the L&D Coordinator, you will provide full administrative and coordination services to ADSL’s Learning and Development Function.

This means that you will act as the focal point for Training and Developmental enquiries, liaising with line managers and employees with the coordination of mandatory refresher training and PDR training requests throughout the year.

You will also liaise and build rapport with nominated suppliers in planning and organising agreed training activities, ensuring quality of training and value for money is achieved.

In addition, you will ensure effective management of training records and certificates for all training activities within the Training Database’ and maintain other learning platforms to fulfil the current requirements of the training matrix whilst adheringto ADSL’s policies and procedures.

Excellent organisation and communication skills are both vital to be successful in this role, and you should have a practical and proactive approach with the ability to show initiative and pay attention to detail.

You must have a Business Administration Qualification (or equivalent), and proven experience within an office administrative/coordination role.

You should also have comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes (although training on ADSL’s system will be provided).

**Salary - £25,280 per annum**
