Currently 800+ employees, plans are underway to take to the businessto 1000+: they are ambitious and forward thinking. **You will be pivotal to the success here in the UK.** You will be key in delivering successful projects acting as the facilitator, enabler and effective No 2 to the Head of Technology in the quest to get things done and projects completed. Your background will be hybrid and diverse and this might suit a Scrum Master / Agile Coach who can get their arms around teams and projects bringing the best out of them as an Agile Delivery Manager. Responsibilities of the Agile Delivery Manager: - Owning and measuring through metrics/KPI’s key projects and programmes of work and sharing the information with the business - Communicating effectively across teams - Product Owners, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders, agreeing actions to be taken and prioritised, - Attending ceremonies, stand ups, retrospectives and acting as the key communicator / agent of change. - Helping the business "Get Stuff Done" **This is a rare opportunity to get work done, projects moving, and key deliverables executed with the blessing of the SMT and not being second guessed** This Agile Delivery Manager opportunity offers a salary of £65,000 to £70,000 with a package of 25 days holiday, volunteering and charity days, life assurance, bonus, health insurance and wellness package.
