**Wholesale Client Onboarding PMO**

As a Barclays Wholesale Client Onboarding PMO (Project Management Office), you will be working in their Centre of Excellence responsible for supporting the Head of WCOB Change Office in maintaining all MI required for the WCOB to operate efficiently, whilst also facilitating various meetings that the WCOB lead. Within this role you will have an exciting chance to maintain and actively manage initiative documentation, facilitating key governance forums and reinforcing the accountabilities of key stakeholders.

**What will you be doing?**
- Being responsible for driving best practice delivery in line with the relevant Policies and Standards through coaching and educating WCOB members on what good looks like
- Being responsible for monitoring and driving improvements in data quality and reporting to enable decision making
- Reviewing and challenging reports to ensure they are complete and accurate
- Supporting an environment of effective delivery by challenging behaviors, identifying development needs in the team and ensuring the right templates and guidance are used
- Being responsible for providing constructive challenge to Programmes and Projects, providing the information initiatives need to make the right decisions
- Collaborating with a broad range of senior stakeholders in Operations, Financial Crime, Business, Risk and Control on a regular basis
- Supporting the Head of WCOB PMO in providing clear & accurate MI to assist in key decision making

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven experience in Project Management Offices or similar to support delivery of business, technical or regulatory driven changes
- Demonstrable excellent stakeholder and communications management to effectively communicate with, influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
- Advocate in industry best practices from first hand large scale project management and governance experience
- Analytical thinker who can take data and accurately present insights tailored to stakeholder areas of interest

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Highly organised, structured and results driven, must have an extremely high attention to detail
- Project Management qualifications such as APMP/Agile/Prince2
