**PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - LONDON**
**Role Overview**
Well respected London practice is looking for a solicitor to join it's private client team dealing with a mix of wills, probate, trusts, Power of Attorney and tax advice work.
The role is perfect for a lawyer at the start of their career looking to train and develop under supervision increasing technical knowledge in the above areas.
Examples of the work you will cover includes:
- Advising on issues of domicile, tax residence and cross-border estate planning
- Drafting simple, complex and tax-efficient wills and providing tax and estate planning advice.
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Advising on and preparing documentation for the creation, variation and termination of trusts and dealing with the ongoing administration of trusts.
- Be 0-2 years year PQE with some previous experience in private client work.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work and prioritise. systematically, attention to detail, and methodically manage multiple matters to meet deadlines.
- Willing to get involved in the marketing of the department.
