OverviewOur Client, a reputable and expanding law firm are seeking a Private Client Solicitor. This role offers agile and flexible working including remote working where possible, well being support plus more.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled solicitor to handle a high-quality caseload, contribute to department growth, and play an active role in client relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, and Court of Protection mattersDeliver clear and compassionate legal advice to a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individualsDraft complex legal documents with accuracy and attention to detailMaintain compliance with all regulatory and firm standardsProvide support and supervision to junior team members, where appropriateAssist with business development initiatives and contribute to the department’s continued successPrivate Client Solicitor requirements4 years’ PQE in Private Client lawProven ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficientlySTEP qualification or working toward it is advantageous but not essentialExcellent communication and client care skills, with a sensitive and professional approachA proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to contribute to the department’s growthExperience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirablePLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL (INCLUDING SPAM FOLDER) FOR CONFIRMATION YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED.In accordance with The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 #J-18808-Ljbffr
