**Recruitment Officer - Live in Care**

Novus Care are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience in care recruitment to take the lead in our Live In Care Service

We supply well trained, reliable, committed live in workers whose objectives are to create a long standing happy relationship with our clients. We are committed to investing in systems, training and procedures to ensure that we are able to deliver a superior level of service which is timely and reliable.

Novus Care provides Live In Care across England.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Sourcing new & innovative ways of attracting good quality care staff
- Using Social media to advertise and recruit carers.
- Develop and identify new sources of care givers in the community
- Respond promptly and professionally to all employment enquiries a timely manner.
- Reviews CVs, conducts tailored searches and carries out telephone screenings
- Co-ordinate and conduct interviews for all prospective carers

- A good knowledge of best practice in recruitment

- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Beneficial - care and recruitment experience

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
