We are Local Education, a dynamic and forward-thinking recruitment agency specializing in the education sector. We are looking for an enthusiastic **Education Recruitment Consultant** to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Meet and exceed sales and placement targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the education sector and local market trends.
- Collaborate with the team to support business growth and recruitment strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or within the education sector is essential (at least 1 year).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for delivering results.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (desirable).
- A proactive attitude with a desire to develop a rewarding career in recruitment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Wickford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
