Holiday Camp Head Coach

**Salary: £8- £12 per hour base on experience and qualifications**

Established in 1999 **, Premier Education is the UK’s No.1 provider of sport and physical activity and performing arts to primary schools and during holiday camps**

Our camps operate weekdays only between 8am and 4pm offering a range of activities such as Archery, Football, Tennis, Dance, Swimming, Arts & Crafts and so much more

You’ll be responsible for a group of children, initiating games, helping with activities and ensuring the welfare needs of all children are met.

We offer fully paid training and development You can then pick and choose which holidays you want to work in.

**About you**:

- Available to work during the School Holidays
- Right to work in the UK
- Possesses bags of energy and enthusiasm
- Can demonstrate a passion for working with children
- Have initiative and ability to work independently
- Awareness of safeguarding children (Training will be given)
- Previous camp experience
- Paediatric first aid (Don’t worry, if you haven’t achieved this already, we will pay for your training)

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, fun, and progressive activities to children aged 4 - 11 years old that focus on participation, development, and enjoyment.
- Take on a pastoral role with children who need additional help and support.
- Show the required energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism required for the role, acting as an ambassador for Premier Education and behaving as a suitable role model for children.
- Take full responsibility for all children in your care, ensuring everyone remains safe and on task throughout your sessions.
- Deliver outstanding group management skills to ensure appropriate behavior, focus, and engagement from all children whilst delivering your activities.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service awareness and adapt accordingly when dealing with differing stakeholders including children, parents, and school staff.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to, including health and safety, and safeguarding procedures.

**We have a simple five step process to starting work**:

- 30 minute initial discussion to find out more about you and to tell you more about the roles
- A fun practical experience day
- Job Offer and Background Checks completed
- Attend a fully paid training day

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: £8.00-£12.00 per hour

Additional pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sittingbourne, Kent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Childcare: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 2 Sports Coach (required)
