**Pumaspeed **have an exciting opportunity, we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team.
The heart and main focus of the business is aftermarket vehicle parts supply.
As an administrator within the business you will have a variety of responsibilities such as:
- General office administration
- Financial responsibilities - purchase invoices, expenses, unlocking sales orders, occasionally dealing with customers over the telephone
- Adhoc office responsibilities - General housekeeping, dealing with suppliers and customers on occasion
We’re looking for the following:
- A background in office administration, ideally within a smaller business
- A diverse skill-set, no two days will ever be the same
- Proven administration skills
- Competency using office equipment, Microsoft packages etc.
- Ability to work under pressure, think on your feet and prioritise
- Strong communication skills
As a administrator within the business, you’ll get involved in a huge variety of things on a daily basis such as:
- Unlocking sales orders, checking sale invoices to bank, PayPal and and other receipt method
- Checking purchase orders against our intranet records
- Liaise with companies regarding renewals, changes of details etc.
- Dealing with H&S, First Aid and Fire protocols
- Ensuring all company vehicles are taxed, MOT compliant and roadworthy
- General staff administration - offer letters, holidays, absences etc.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
