**About you**

You will possess the ability to consult deeply with end user clients to achieve effective talent selection outcomes and will have an entrepreneurial mindset. Recruitment consultancy can be very lucrative so you will be the type of person that strives to maximise the opportunity and ambitious in nature. You will be a fast learner with excellent verbal & written communication skills, and someone who just genuinely thrives in a team-based environment where striving to achieve best-in-class performance is second nature.

**This diverse and interesting consulting remit entails**:

- Consulting deeply with end users on talent requirements and career aspirations alike
- Proactive and strategic business development and networking
- Create and maintain relationships to C-Level in organisations ranging from SME’s to corporates
- Conduct talent mapping exercises to ensure a relevant available pipeline of talent is available
- Help create, manage, and monitor effectiveness of social media posts relevant to the industry
- Experience of recruiting, either direct staff or for third parties - preferred but not essential
- Resourcing or recruitment consultancy experience - preferred but not essential
- B2B sales/business development experience - 2 years plus but keen to take your career in a new direction and transform earning potential
- You will be a fast learner with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Resilience, determination, drive and ambition
- Stable, progressive career history
- Comfortable working from an Edinburgh city center office (with flexible working)
- Educated to degree level or equivalent

**What’s on offer**

A highly competitive basic salary for a new consultant of up to **£30,000 per annum (with flex DOE)** plus genuine and ‘realistic’ **uncapped commission** enabling you to double, if not treble basic salary. **Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
