What you will do:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained to manage the full recruitment process from start to finish. This includes:

  • Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting high-quality candidates
  • Managing the recruitment process for both clients and candidates
  • Meeting individual and team targets with a focus on results
  • Continuously developing your market knowledge and personal brand

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or working in target-driven roles (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, resilient mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine desire to build a
