**Supervisor, Construction (Electrical and Instrumentation)**:

- PTTEP Services Limited**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure that all onshore installation and activities are constructible, conducted safely, efficiently and reliably according to Company specifications and requirements.
- Be a focal point of onshore construction look ahead scheduling, a day-to-day activity and during any emergency response when necessary.
- Supervise installation, calibration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of onshore installation
- Coordinate with Project Engineer and Construction Engineer to ensure readiness of construction package and supervise Contractor Teams for onshore installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities to ensure that safety, schedule, commercial, and technical requirements are met
- Coordinate with relevant departments i.e., onshore operation, safety, maintenance, well services, drilling operation and onshore support team, etc. to ensure smooth and safe operation
- Monitor planning / progress, troubleshoot with remedy and preventive action, provide daily report, cost analysis and project uncertainties
- Participate and provide input in Technical Review sessions (IFC, IFA drawing review, 3D model review and technical support) relating to Onshore construction.
- Support construction process optimization, efficiency improvements and lean process improvements.
- Promote and ensure an effective implementation of SSHE rules & regulations & monitoring and best engineering practice

**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:

- High Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related technical/engineering disciplines
- At least 10 years’ experience in construction work or similar areas, including 3 years at a supervisory level
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Onshore or Offshore Construction Coordinator is preferred
- Good understand and implementing of ITP (Inspection and Test Plan)
- Knowledgeable, familiar and troubleshoot of SCADA system is preferred
- Knowledgeable and familiar with relate international code such as
- Possess the ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and team building skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
