The post holders will form part of a busy Team, working as a Team Leader to support the engagement and retention of service users accessing support, promoting their recovery, offering one to one support and negotiating achievable recovery plans with service users and their family and carer’s where appropriate. Supporting junior staff in their development and skills in dealing with service users and their loved ones.
The post holder with have excellent knowledge regarding a range of substances and treatment options available and demonstrable experience in case management of service users with complex needs associated with substance misuse and be able to manage their time effectively and ensure timely submission of service data and professional reports.
As Team Leader you will support the Team Manager in providing an effective and efficient service by taking a lead role in service developments within your area of specialism and managing a designated group of staff in either Trafford or Salford
