**The role**

You will:

- Develop insightful analysis and communicate findings in a clear and compelling way to drive the acquisition and retention of customers
- Provide analysis and insight to optimise the customer strategy
- Identify opportunities, set and measure KPIs and communicate results and recommendations to the business
- Optimise return on investment of our new product launches and marketing channels
- Work in collaboration with our in-house Data Science expertise to identify actionable opportunities in customer segmentation and personalisation. This will include customer behaviour analysis as well as using churn and propensity modelling.
- Build customer insights and report on trends while providing appropriate supporting commentary and recommendations
- Communicate recommendations to the business based on findings that will improve customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value.

**The experience**

You don't have to tick all of the boxes but if you have some of the following experience then we'd love to hear from you:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer insight data analyst position or similar.
- Experience with a coding language for analysis (SQL, Python, R etc)
- Strong end to end analytical skills with a focus on customer behaviour
- Experience using customer segmentation and personalised customer models for CRM activity
- Ability to communicate recommendations and findings with technical details and concepts to non-analytical stakeholders
- Experience of using data visualisation tools to report on and visualise findings (e.g. Tableau)
