The Distributor will manage the flow of stock to DCs and stores to deliver optimal availability, sales and profit. You will also be responsible for leading the flow of stock for news stores, refits and new products / promotions.

What you’ll do
- Calculation and creation of purchase orders
- Supplier forecasting
- DC replenishment
- Manage store & DC stock level
- Supplier liaison, including resolving/escalating issues
- Management of stock intake to achieve month end targets as well as availability and fulfilment targets
- DC communication & relationship management
- Chart launch activity (Books)
- Forecast, plan and stock build for new stores and promotions
- Work cross functionally with buyers, display planning & operations to ensure excellent promotion and new store execution
- Line management of Distribution Administrator/Distributor

Who you are
- Advanced Excel experience - desirable
- Experience in numerical focused role where in contact with a large amount of data
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse data
- Great stakeholder management
- Excellent organizational ability and strong attention to detail
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast pace environment
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills, time management and prioritisation
- Proactive and resourceful
- Critical path management
- Leads and develops a positive culture with good interpersonal skills
