Helping our customers to deliver sustainable, optimised water dispense solutions To help us to continue to lead the way, and drive business forward, we now seek an experienced Specification Manager to join our progressive and dedicated Key Accounts Team **About You** This is a unique role within our business requiring a talented individual who has a solid background in specification management and consulting The primary purpose of the position is to identify and obtain new business opportunities in large accounts (30+ systems) and to manage the successful specification delivery from build inception to install completion. This is a remote based role, that would suit a dynamic, and driven Key Account Manager who is 100% dedicated to building a client portfolio across a large territory. The territory for this role is bursting with opportunity and is home to some of the biggest Architects, Consultants and Fit-Out Contractors in the UK. As you will be liaising with Architects, Consultants and Fit-Out Contractors on a daily basis, we seek someone who has a high level of experience in working at a top tier level within the specifier, construction, design and build sector. Someone who is ableto demonstrate their knowledge and experience in specification management and consulting. Experience in delivering RIBA accredited CPD’s would be highly beneficial, and it is essential you have a proven track record in sales and business development It goes without saying that you will possess excellent communication, presentation, networking, negotiation and influencing skills.
